![]() ![]() The maul was pretty much my favorite weapon in the game and McFarlane gave me what I needed to make that happen as well with scar's chopper blades. this time I eased off the blue a bit letting some grey happen and made borg match my needs. When it came down to the paint job I always thought my original was too dark, I had made it match the borg armor cause that's how I was thinking at the time. I sculpted little armor plates onto neca hands an drilled them into the McFarlane gauntlets. used McFarlane shoulders and belt pieces including the flap in the back which cant really be seen here. Figures includes: Scar Predator and Grid Alien. Predator movie, this line of action figures features incredible film-specific detail, many accessories and custom bases. modified a wolf caster to attach to the ball joint of a neca classic pack. Theres one sure loser in this epic war: mankind. Left wrist control panel open and closes. Shoulder-mounted cannon is fully posable and gun can be removed from arm. Figure is well-articulated and has a base and foot pegs. Scar Predator is based directly on film reference from Alien vs. the McFarlane gauntlets also took a lot of effort to apply to neca, also shortened the blades (hate those extra long blades). Scar Predator is 8 1/2 inches tall on base with 21 points of useful articulation. ![]() the McFarlane head needed a lot of work not only for the dark blade look but to attach properly to a neca body, also required a dreadlock transplant. The base is a basic borg predator torso on classic legs with some McFarlane scar predator parts. So I revisited Dark Blade Clan with a little experience under my belt and a better stocked fodder box. When I originally did Dark Blade it was the beginning of my adventures in figure modding, trying to work with what I had instead of making what I had work for me.
